Why owners choose us

A studio of your own, with a brand behind it.

We help with the site, the team and the systems, so you can focus on the people who walk through your door.

Two practices, one brand

Yoga and reformer Pilates under names already known in Sydney. Run one practice, or bring both together under one roof.

Set up with you

Territory review, site assessment and fit-out guidance, so you open with a plan rather than a guess.

Community-first culture

Never transactional. Our studios are built as places people come back to, and that is what we help you create.

An academy behind your team

Teacher recruitment support and access to the This Is Yoga, This Is Pilates Teacher Academy, plus marketing guidance and booking systems.

Two practices. One studio, or both.

Choose a yoga studio, a reformer Pilates studio, or bring both together in a fusion studio, our main model. We review the format, territory and site with you before you commit.

Questions, answered

The things serious owners ask first.

Do I need yoga or Pilates experience to own a studio?

No. You can be a hands-on owner or appoint a manager. Recruitment support and access to the academy help you build your teaching team.

How long does it take to open?

It depends mostly on finding the right site and the fit-out. On a discovery call we'll map out a realistic timeline for your area and your preferred format.

How do territories work?

Territory arrangements are agreed with you before you sign and set out in the franchise agreement. An enquiry on its own does not reserve a territory.

What's the real total investment?

A fusion studio is about A$185,000 all in, including a A$60,000 franchise fee. A yoga or Pilates studio has a A$50,000 franchise fee and a lower setup cost. The Information Pack itemises each one, and final figures are confirmed in the disclosure document.

How do owners usually fund a studio?

Most start by speaking with their accountant or lender. We can walk you through the costs on a call, so you have clear numbers to take to them.

What support do I get after opening?

Marketing guidance, booking systems, ongoing support and access to the academy for your teachers. On a call we'll go through what's included, what you manage as the owner, and how it applies to your format.

Do I need premises before a discovery call?

No. A proposed area and an idea of your preferred studio format are enough to start the conversation.

What happens after I enquire?

You will receive the Information Pack. We may follow up about your plans, and you can book a discovery call with Keith when you are ready.
